- How can I contact the moderator of this site?

- How do I subscribe to the free newsletter?
On the Home page, there is an image of a Free eBook. Click on it and you will be asked to register. When you register and download the eBook, you will automatically be subscribed to the newsletter. You're done.
You can also go to the heading at the top of each webpage and click on Newsletter. Enter your e-mail address and click the subscribe button and you’re in (like Flynn).
- Can I share online about my own experience?
Certainly. Use this site fully. Make sure you log in and create your own user ID too. Then, you can use a forum to share or you can respond to a particular blog with a personal comment. You can even click on the heading “testimonial” write up your own, sharing your experience of this site with others that come to visit.
How much you want to share and what you want to share is up to you. There are many avenues available to you. You can even invite others to share too.

- What is fun about Self-Transformation?
Life doesn't have to be heavy to be meaningful. In fact, the lighter you are, the more speedily you will see results in your own transformation. (It is the lightest plane that glides, yes? And the lighter boat that sails fastest. And the light cigarette that... oops, wrong analogy.) It is when we get bogged down in self-analysis that we lose sight of the bigger picture and get lost in a maze of tedium. It is when we get seeped in the minutiae of pyschoanalysis that we forget the joy of living. The joy of living is what we're here for. And when we lose that, even for a moment, we are disconnected from the source of all life.
Now, joy and happiness are not the same. Joy emanates from within and lasts forever. Happiness is usually attributed to outer circumstances that are temporal and fleeting.
